OUR CONDITIONS

The general terms and conditions of your rental are set out below. It will not be sent rental contract by mail but will be approved automatically by your reservation. We do not accept holiday vouchers.

The number of people in the guest house cannot exceed the capacity mentioned for each room and the owners reserve the right to refuse unforeseen excess people.

The balance will be paid at the time of entry and any extras must be paid before departure. The stay can be paid by Credit Card or cash.

VAT is included in the price, the tourist tax will be paid at the time of payment on site.

Arrival is between 4pm and 6pm and check-out until 11am. A late check-out is possible for a supplement of 20€.

Free and private parking. The owners cannot be held liable in the event of damage to the tenants’ cars. Leave nothing of value in cars.

The owner disclaims all liability for any accident that does not comply with safety instructions. It is the responsibility of tenants to supervise their children and comply with safety rules. Nb: safety instructions inherent to the use of the pool: do not dive, do not heckle on inflatable structures (or other) as well as around the pool, do not run to the edge of the pool, etc. The owners cannot be held liable in the event of damages exercised against the tenants. Tenants must report any potential visitors. The place is under video surveillance, any evidence on video will be exploitable in case of damage to the guest house.

The tenant host will enjoy the rented property to its full extent within the limits set by the rental agreement. However, the use of the swimming pool, the SPA area, the petanque area and the barbecue is prohibited beyond 11 p.m. as well as the broadcasting of music likely to generate noise pollution for the neighborhood.

The owner also reserves the right to end the stay early for serious reasons: theft, damage, non-respect for other customers, inappropriate behavior or in non-compliance with the nature of the premises, etc. In this case, the entire stay remains due without this payment excluding any legal proceedings.

CANCELLATION RESTRICTION COVID 19

Cancellation due to new government restrictions due to Covid 19 will be done without cancellation fees.

CLASSIC CANCELLATION

The room can be cancelled 48 hours before without cancellation fee. Reservation cancelled within 48 hours will be charged in full. A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking for any reservation longer than 5 days, non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours before arrival.

If the customer does not manifest himself before 10 p.m. on the scheduled day of the beginning of the stay, this contract becomes null and void. The sum thus paid remains acquired by the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the stay.

In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the initial stay remains fully acquired by the owner.
